Terms and Conditions

1. Payment
 

Payment should be in Hong Kong Dollars.
Method of payment : By cash, cheque or bank transfer. Post-dated cheques and credit cards are unacceptable.
For cheque payment, please payable to “Sunrise Wine Company Limited”
For bank transfer, please payable to:
The ICBC (Industrial and Commercial Bank of China) A/C #867-511-013-431
 
2. Delivery
  We provide delivery service to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. For Tung Chung and Outlying Islands, extra delivery cost will be levied, please contact us for details.  The delivery service is available from Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
 
3. Title
  Title to all wines shall remain with Sunrise Wine Company Limited until the customer pays in full.
 
4. Sales
 

All sales are subject to our final confirmation. Prices are subject to change without notice. All wines are offered subject to remaining unsold. All goods sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Customer must inspect all the goods immediately upon received.  No return shall be made for any reasons.

Customer must be 18 years old or over when placing an order. It is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.  Sunrise Wine Company Limited reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, Sunrise Wine Company Limited’s determination shall be final.
